In 1979, I met my husband Chuck and his Irish Setter, Jenny.  This was the  beginning of a lifetime love affair between Chuck, myself and our redheads.

     Through the years, we have been very lucky to have owned and loved setters from the great line of Tirvelda.

     Our first champion, Coppertop Checkmate, was the grandson of CH McCamon Marquis and great grandson of CH Dunholm Clancey of Durin.

     We both cherish these old lines and have dedicated ourselves to continue and maintain their noble traditions.
